Warren Sheehan: The Story Behind the Lens

Who I Am & Where I Come From
Hello, my name is Warren Sheehan. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, I grew up in a family of petrol-heads with a deep-seated appreciation for all things automotive. My very first memory is standing at the top of Wesbank Corner at Kyalami, squeezed between my father and uncle, watching 1,100 BHP Formula One cars drifting in the hands of legends like Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna. That raw power and visceral energy grabbed my attention instantly; it sparked a passion that has shaped my approach to everything I do to this day.

My Background
Professional background in automotive photography spans 30 years, my creative side has been fueled by a yearning to be trackside at every possible opportunity. This decades-long obsession has given me a unique, "insider's" perception of motorsport. I don’t just see a car; I see the visual and artistic narrative of speed, which I translate daily into the handcrafted prints I create.
